Telephone secretaries handle all of your incoming calls from the communications room. They use the latest communications and computer technology to handle all your incoming calls efficiently. American Executive Centers has developed our own software, the Executive Office System, that gives you an enormous advantage in our handling of your telephone calls. With this, our staff knows how you want your calls answered, who your VIP’s are and detailed instructions on how to handle your specific calls.
visit our flash siteAs a call comes in on your line, it is routed to one of the telephone secretaries. Her computer pulls up your profile before the phone is even answered. The computer shows whether you are in the office, at home, available through cellular, or not available at all. It also flashes all “if ” notes. The computer contains scripts that allow the receptionist to tell the caller more about your company and other relevant information.

When you’re in the office, the secretaries will announce and screen your calls. If you’re out of the office, aided by her client profile, the receptionist can route the call straight through to you. If you prefer, the call will be routed to voice-mail, which you can check remotely. Our outbound notification feature will activate your beeper notifying you that a voice-mail message is waiting.
