Recently, there has been a growing awareness of the need for a business recovery plan. For many small to mid-size firms, meeting this requirement has not been feasible, given the cost of maintaining an off-site disaster and recovery facility.

The Business as Usual™ plan provides for affordable business resumption coverage by combining the disaster and recovery resources of Springhill with American Executive Centers' ability to provide temporary space in its furnished executive office centers. With this plan in place, businesses offering critical services to their clients - such as law and accounting firms - can assure them that they have contracted arrangements in place for alternative locations and the continuity of services in the event of an emergency.

This business resumption plan is customized to meet the needs of each business. Critical data and key systems are identified and data storage and back-up is provided at Springhill's dedicated off-site disaster and recovery center. In the event of an emergency - such as fire, flood, damaging storms, or anything that makes a company's primary offices unavailable - critical services are restored within 12 hours at one of American Executive Centers executive office centers. Phone systems, furnishings, workstations, printers, fax, copy equipment and support personnel are in place as needed, with direct connection to the company's data and applications.
