Once developed, it enables our staff to have the following information available immediately as they answer your incoming calls.


	Your company profile and description.

	A list of your important callers and not so important callers complete with instructions on how to prioritize these calls.

	Any detailed “if ” instructions you may have left with us on what to do “if ” a particular person calls.

	Your schedule, if you have made that available to us.

In addition, the Executive Office System offers internal and external E-mail and high-speed Internet access including proactive notification of all incoming E-mail messages.
