Technical Support
Position Summary
Technical Support representatives perform IT tasks to help our client’s
computer and equipment run at optimum performance. Under the supervision of the
IT Manager, technical support provides assistance at all seven American Executive
Centers locations.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities Include:

Promote capabilities and market services to
clients in order to generate work

Provide technical support for PC’s,
printers and networks

Provide software support and training
-
Configure Internet connectivity, firewalls
and networks
-
Maintain the seven American Executive Centers'
corporate networks
Experience
Minimum one-year experience in a corporate IT environment. Experience with
current Microsoft Operating Systems and common computer peripheral a must.
Microsoft and A+ certification are a plus. « back
