Job Title
Staff Accountant

Position Summary
The Staff Accountant provides support for various areas of the Accounting Department. Responsibilities include the preparation of Journal Entries, monthly Sales Tax Returns for Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and a Monthly Sales, Renewal & Cancellation Report. Responsible for some aspects of Accounts Receivable: assesses late fees, handles customer queries, assists with Cash Application; prepares collection statements for delinquent accounts and provides general support for Payroll and Billing. This position requires an individual with good verbal skills who can communicate effectively with Customers as well as Center Managers.

Experience
Minimum 5 years experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or a BS degree in Accounting.
