Communication Coordinator
Position Summary
Communication Coordinator, under the supervision of the Center Manager, handle the
daily communication requirements and customer service requests for our
clientele. Much of the Communication Coordinator’s time is spent handling telephone
reception services as well as all other phases of communication tasks required
to support our client base. Other communication tasks include call patching,
updating client VIP’s, faxing, package handling, greeting visitors, confirming
appointments, processing room reservations and providing support in processing customer
service requests. The Personal Assistants are the first line of support for all
of our customers. This position requires an individual with top notch verbal and
written communication skills, professional image, proactive marketing skills and
a friendly attitude.
Experience
Minimum 1 year experience in a corporate office environment. Experience with
a multi-line phone system and Microsoft Office Product background a must.
