Leasing Representative
Position Summary
The leasing representative will develop relationships with Real Estate
Brokers by proactively calling, visiting and making presentations to Real Estate
Brokers, promoting AEC advantages and referral programs and asking for
referrals. They will create programs and materials to ensure the success of this
Broker Outreach program. The leasing representative will also handle American
Executive Centers' sales inquiry calls in a professional manner, schedule
tours with Center Managers in all Centers and conduct tours in our centers.
Other responsibilities include maintaining the ACT! Database, assisting with
proposals and sales follow-up, along with involvement in all areas of the sales
