Center Manager
Position Summary
The Center Manager oversees all operations of the facility including sales
and lease negotiations for new tenants. The Center Manager is responsible for
maintaining maximum occupancy levels, profitability and overall client
satisfaction. Responsible for team development and maintaining high customer
service levels extended by the communication coordinator team. Responsible for
developing new business product offerings and service opportunities at the
center level.
Responsibilities
There are three general areas of responsibility:
- To deliver a quality service to our clients (operations)
- To maintain profitable occupancy levels (sales)
- To keep accurate records and monitor cash flow (accounting)
Experience
Minimum 5 years management experience, preferably in a customer service
industry, retail, hotel/conference center, call center or facilities management.
Proven sales track record and conflict resolution. « back
