Business Support Services, Assistant Manager
Position Summary
Business Support Assistant Managers perform administrative assistant tasks
to help our customers develop their business, find new prospects, service their
clients and maintain their books and files. Under the supervision of the
Business Support Manager, the Assistant Manager supervises the Business Support
department in 2 locations. Managerial responsibilities include:

Market services to customers to generate
work
-
Process billing in appropriate centers,
handle billing inquiries

Ensure policies, procedures and job
responsibilities are adhered to

Help train staff and new hires on software
-
Monitor staffing requirements and provide
coverage for sick and vacation days

Help with performance evaluations for
reviews and staffing issues
Experience
Minimum of 3 years administrative experience, 1 year managerial experience,
strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, 60+ words per minute. Strong communication and customer service skills required. Microsoft Office
certifications are a plus and all Assistant Managers will be required to pass
these exams. If a current AEC employee, must have 1-year experience in
Administrative Assistant's position. « back
