Administrative Assistant
Position Summary
Administrative Assistants perform all tasks to help our customers develop
their business, find new prospects, service their clients and maintain their
books and files. Under the supervision of the Business Support Manager, the
administrative assistants perform a variety of duties including desktop
publishing, database management, PowerPoint presentations, Quickbooks entry,
spreadsheets and tele-services.
Experience
Minimum of 3 years administrative experience, strong knowledge of Microsoft
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, 60+ words per minute. Strong communication and customer
service skills required. Microsoft Office certifications are a plus and all
Administrative Assistants will be required to pass these exams. « back
