Accounting Clerk 2 (Part-time)
Position Summary
The part-time Accounting Clerk assists with Accounts Payable, inputting
Vendor invoices and printing checks; prepares monthly updates of Customer
Services Retainer by location and prepares a monthly profit and loss statement
for Business Support Services. The incumbent also reviews the outstanding
Accounts Receivable Balances quarterly and prepares a report comparing past due
accounts with each customer’s Services Retainer in order to reserve bad debts.
Experience
2 years Bookkeeping experience. « back
