Accounting Clerk 1
Position Summary
This position combines both Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, as
well as maintaining AEC’s Telephone Billing System. The Accounting Clerk is
responsible for preparing Bank Deposits, Cash Application and generating monthly
Accounts Receivable reports. Responsible for all aspects of Accounts Payable,
inputting Vendor invoices, printing checks, generating monthly reports and
year-end reports, and preparing monthly bank reconciliations. AEC’s in-house
telephone billing system is maintained and monthly telephone bills are
generated.
Experience
3 years Bookkeeping experience. « back
